I love the new website! I've gotten a lot of positive feedback from my real estate partners and clients. They're loving it. I love that everything is just efficient and organized as far as the "mouse traps" and the lead capture. That's what I like most about it -- how turnkey everything is. It's not much effort really on our end, other than promoting the website.

I've only received 5 leads from the website so far. However, 3 of those leads were applications, so that's about a 60% conversion. Small numbers, but still 3 apps out of 5 leads is pretty legit! I'm anticipating 1 of those will fund. So, for lead to potential funding -- 20% -- I'm happy with that!
