After we sent out the announcement email about the new website launch to my database, I got a bunch of leads in. My agents and my builder reps are asking my clients to go to my website and then they fill something out saying that they’re interested in purchasing, which I turn around and respond quickly to and then get them to fill out the online app. My conversion to online app is probably a good 30% to 40% of all the leads that I’m getting in through leadPops.

Overall, for me, the website is a lot better than what we had before because I’m able to capture people who don’t just want to apply and then convert them into applications.
